Dutch Bros Inc. (BROS) plans to raise $401 million in an IPO on Wednesday, September 15th, IPO Scoop reports. The company will be issuing 21,100,000 shares at a price of $18.00-$20.00 per share.

We are third-generation dairy farmers, and changes to that industry were making our prospects pretty grim. So we used that reality as motivation to branch out and try something new. The most important thing for us was building customer loyalty. If we could figure that out, we were winning. So when people would come back day after day, we rolled out the red carpet.
