American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (AHR) expects to raise $756 million in an initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, February 7th, IPO Scoop reports. The company will issue 56,000,000 shares at a price of $12.00-$15.00 per share.

BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Citigroup acted as the underwriters for the IPO and JMP Securities, Regions Bank, Fifth Third Securities and Credit Agricole were co-managers.
